The busker's hat
The pool charges 1% on every trade. It piles up inside the locked position until someone collects it — anyone can press the button — and the locker splits it as it goes: half to the creator, half straight to the Punk Fund wallet.

The punks
Half of every mint is banked inside the NFT contract until someone turns it into burned coins. That button is public too — the creator can't skip it, and can't take that half. Levelling up works differently: its ETH goes straight to the creator, and its coins are burned out of the holder's own balance — both counted below.
